Final Sale Policy
All Sheff Diamanté drops are limited release.
Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Once an item sells out, it will not be restocked.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Shipping Issues
Sheff Diamanté is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
European Union 14 Day Right of Withdrawal
