Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During limited drops, high demand releases, or unexpected order volume, processing times may extend beyond the standard 3 to  7 business days.

Due to high order volume and production demand during recent releases, processing times were temporarily extended. 

As a made-to-order brand, each piece is produced with attention to detail and quality. During periods of increased demand, processing times may extend beyond the standard window to ensure every order meets our standards.

We are continuously improving our production workflow to maintain faster turnaround times while upholding quality.

By placing an order during a limited release, customers acknowledge and agree that extended processing times may apply.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed:

United States: 3 to 7 business days after processing
International: 7 to 21 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods may impact transit time.

Limited Release Policy

All Sheff Diamanté drops are limited release.

Due to the nature of limited releases, processing times may exceed standard timelines. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Once a drop sells out, it will not be restocked.
